Hosted by the Chicago Cultural Mile, this daytime festival and nighttime parade has had strong Burner representation in the past.
From the Facebook page: "Join us as we celebrate Halloween as the "artist's holiday" with an afternoon festival and a magical nighttime parade! During the day, the Chicago Cultural Mile will be alive with family-friendly craft and dance workshops, live performances and a kids' costume procession in Millennium and Grant Park. As dusk arrives, Chicago's vast cultural community will dazzle you with a spectacle procession on Columbus from Balbo to Monroe. Drawing together world-renowned institutions including the Field Museum and The Art Institute of Chicago, as well as guilds of local artists and unique organizations like Louder Than a Bomb and Silent Theatre Company, this dramatic display will captivate an audience of all ages!"
