We cordially invite you to the BWB Gala Dinner ! The Gala Dinner will be your opportunity to see what Chicago Community Grant Program Award Winners are up to since winning their grants, eat a delicious Edible Alchemy vegetarian dinner, watch a smattering of Chicago's best live performers, drink libations, boogie on the dance floor to electroswing and house, and enjoy a fancy night with friends and community while supporting a cause to believe in.
The Winter Ball & Gala Dinner are the annual fundraiser for Burners Without Borders Chicago and their flagship civic micro-granting program produced in partnership with Bold Urban Renaissance Network (BURN) 501(c)3. Grants awarded through this program fund grassroots and citizen-led projects that engage residents, produce direct action, and create collaborations that support a community's inherent capacity to thrive.

BRING DONATIONS!
**Donate Your Extra Toiletries to Chiditarod Chicago**
BWB will be collecting your extra toiletries for Chiditarod this season. Any extra toiletries you have from hotels, samples, slighted used bottles, soap you got from a traveling relative, or other items that could go to help those in need. Chiditarod will be sharing these collected items with homeless shelters, domestic abuse survivors and creating care packages to hand out to those in need on the streets of Chicago.
**Donate Your Used Shoes to Share Your Soles Foundation**
We'll be running a collection for your gently worn or new shoes for our friends at Share Your Soles. These shoes may go to people who may have never even owned a pair. It’s important that any used shoes are in good condition to respect the dignity of those receiving our shoes. So please: be respectful with your donations, understand that our goal is to provide good, clean shoes to those in need. For example, tennis shoes should include laces and not have holes.
