When: Doors 6:00pm, Presentations 7:00pm, Dinner 8:00pm

Where: Join the FB Event here. Address will be posted the day off the event. Location is in the South Loop near the Roosevelt CTA station.

Why: Be a part of the decision making model for funding a grassroots project that will benefit our city!

How: Donate $5-$10, which gets you a delicious dinner, a vote, and entrance to the event.

The Grant Salon is an opportunity to learn about different initiatives headed by amazing Chicago project leads and Civic innovators!

You listen to 4 presentations on local programs, hand picked by our judging team from the applications submitted, and then you vote for one to receive a microgrant provided by Burners Without Borders Chicago (raised at the Winter Ball) and door donations.

Together we were able to give out over $15K during the past four years, and we aim to give out even more! The grants make a real difference, and you are able to directly participate in allocating funds.

During the voting process, you will feast upon a delectable dinner provided by Edible Alchemy Foods. Please RSVP so we can make sure that we cook enough food! **Bring something sweet for a dessert potluck!**

We need lots of volunteers to make this event happen, so please consider helping out. It feels good, and it's a wonderful opportunity to meet great people. Fill out this form and we'll write you back with info: http://bit.ly/CCGPVolunteerMay2017

Any questions can be directed to chicagocommunitygrantprogram@gmail.com
